• Q1: Where can I install this mount?

  A1:

  ✅ Recommended surfaces: Smooth, flat surfaces like car infotainment screens, windshields, windows, or ceramic/glass panels.

  ⚠️ Slightly textured dashboardsCan be used only with the included PC adhesive pad to ensure stable suction.

  ❌ Not suitable for:Leather, wood, uneven or curved surfaces, gaps, or heavily textured areas. These may prevent proper vacuum adhesion.
  
  

• Q2: Wireless charging isn’t working — why?

  A2: W608 supports fast wireless charging, but only when connected to a power source of 18W or higher.

  Using a lower-power car charger may result in slow or no charging.
  
  

• Q3: Is the suction base washable?

  A3: Yes. The gel base can be rinsed with water or wiped with alcohol to restore stickiness.

  ⚠️ Do not wash the charging panel — use a dry cloth only for that part.
  
  

• Q4: Is it compatible with my phone case?

• Q5: Why does charging stop after parking in the sun?

  A5: If the mount is exposed to excessive heat (e.g. direct sunlight), it may enter temperature protection mode, pausing wireless charging to protect your phone and the device.

  ✅ Let it cool down for a few minutes, then charging will resume automatically.
  
  

• Q6: Why does charging slow down after 75%?

  A6: This is normal and intentional. To protect your phone battery and extend its lifespan, W608 automatically reduces charging speed after 75% charge.

  This helps avoid overheating and overcharging — especially useful during long drives.
  
  

• Q 7: Where can I install this vacuum magnetic wireless-charging mount?

  ❌ Not compatible with:Electric vehicles such as Tesla (interior materials may hinder vacuum adhesion). Rough, wooden, leather, curved, gapped, or heavily textured surfaces.
